Cancellation due to Weather:
In the event of severe weather conditions(tropical storm or hurricane conditions), Yachtse will make first every effort to reschedule the charter on another day. In the event that the charter cannot rebook, a credit for future use will be made. Note that due to the nature of Caribbean Weather, rain and overcast clouds do not constitute severe weather.
Cancellation by Charterer:
- In the event that the charterer chooses to cancel this charter, every effort will be made by Yachtse to reschedule the charter for a more convenient date pending availability. However, in this event, if the charterer does reschedule, additional expenses may be incurred by the charterer for food previously purchased for their charter and/or delivery charges if the vessel has already been moved for boarding.
- In the event that the charterer and Yachtse cannot reschedule the charter, the charterer will forfeit the entire charter amount and no refund will be made, unless the yacht is rebooked by another client for the same dates and times.
Cancellation by Yachtse:
In the event that Yachtse must cancel a charter due to reasons beyond our control, it is agreed that every effort will be made to reschedule the charter. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be made to the client.
